Boarding will start at 15:30 and head to Antalya Celebi Marina to board your moored yacht. After settling down, you have the rest of the day free before leaving in the morning. Take your time to experience Antalya before setting sail. There is a lot to see between the cobbled lanes and the wide modern streets. It is here that the old meets new, where local culture and cuisine mingle with modern bars and brand shops. You will find rug vendors next to the cafes and the sea view is exceptional. You will have dinner on board the yacht, it will be time to meet your personal chef and prepare you for a good night’s sleep, because tomorrow morning you will wander. This route could start from Kemer instead of Antalya due to weather conditions. In any case, the same route will be followed.
After breakfast, you will be informed about the cruise itinerary and the boat. Then we will sail to the ancient city of Kemer. The name Kemer means “belt” and was given to the settlement because the river that crosses it, towards the sea, looks like a belt. You will have time to visit bars, cafes and restaurants in this increasingly crowded city and a pleasant marina with good docking capacity.
Olympos is an important historical site as well as having something that attracts every tourist; a 3 km long sandy beach. It is a protected area for its endemic plants and traditional wooden houses. Development is strictly prohibited here. The ancient city is just a few steps from the beach, so it is easy to combine both sides of the area. The beach is also a nesting site for the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle, so access is not available at night when there is more activity.
After lunch and a stop for the bath, we will be directed to Adrasan Cavus Bay for dinner and overnight.
Adrasan is a beautiful part of the Lycian Way which is a popular walk for enthusiasts, generally between Fethiye and Antalya through the Taurus Mountains. Adrasan itself is a relaxing place with a beautiful beach, a mile of sand near the warm blue waters. It is in a national park that embraces both nature and history. You will certainly find a few crowds and a peaceful environment.
Early in the morning, we will set sail for Demre. After a nice breakfast in Cayagzi, you can join the optional tour to the ruins of Myra. The most important landmark of Demre on the southern coast of Turkey is the Church of St. Nicholas. It is a compelling reason for thousands of visitors each year. There is much to see in the church from the beautiful mosaics to the rooms and rooms. The acoustics remain impressive even today. Demre is a beautiful natural district as well as having many interesting things for those interested in history, archeology and religion. The smell of spring flowers and citrus fruits is particularly attractive. It was important during the times of the Lycia and was occupied by many others in the following centuries. Many yachts pass through these waters going both ways and many of them stop to visit Demre and see what it has to offer. Following this optional tour, our yacht sails to Gokkaya Bay where we will anchor for dinner and overnight. Gokkaya is beautiful with its jagged coastline and many offshore islands. The island of Asirli, the island of Kiseli and the island of Kasirli are located in front of Gokkaya and in the same inlet the smaller islands are scattered everywhere. Part of an old church can be seen behind the Gokkaya cove while near the ancient city of Istlada is located east of the hill. This place is called Hoyran or Hayitli and is located within the village of Kapakli. There is a small wall with an entrance gate. To the east and north of the Acropolis, you will see ancient rock tombs, sarcophagi and steel-shaped tombs. They belong to the Roman period and the ancient ruins are even older, the 4th century BC. The Lycian rock tombs lie between Hayitli and the ruins site.
After breakfast, we will sail over Batik Sehir (Sunken City). We will stop at Tersane Bay for lunch and a stop for swimming. For dinner and overnight, we will anchor in Ucagiz Bay. If you wish, you can take part in the optional Kas – Saklikent excursion which includes lunch in the program.
After having breakfast in Ucagiz, we will take a cruise to Simena. Simena is a famous Lycian site, located on one of the most attractive stretches of the Turkish coast east of Fethiye on the route to Antalya. There is a large necropolis but there is also the charm and beauty to try. It is a quiet place that combines history with enchanting turquoise water, unspoiled nature, blue skies and wonderful swimming opportunities. You can take this opportunity to visit the Genovese Castle and the ruins of a theater with a capacity of 300 people in Simena. Kekova, east of Kas, is a wonderful region both for its natural beauty and for its rich history. The ancient city of Aperiai on the peninsula is en route as are the islets of Kara and Toprak Ara. Yachts regularly visit the bay of Kekova near the city of Apollonia which dates back to ancient times. The submerged city that has slipped into the sea after an earthquake can be seen through the clear waters. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Kekova.
We will begin our cruise early in the morning and arrive at the port of Ceneviz (Genoese) or the bay of Sazak. Because Porto Ceneviz is not accessible from the land, it is a very peaceful natural place. The exclusive domain of sailors and blue cruises, is extremely clean with wonderful clear waters After lunch, we will anchor at the bay of Phaselis. Phaselis was founded as a colony of Rhodes in the 7th century BC. Phaselis has three different bays and its people are used to earning a living from the sea. The city was also famous for the perfume trade in ancient times. If you wish, you can stroll through the ancient city full of ancient ruins that are located by the sea. Dinner and overnight will be in this beautiful bay.
After breakfast, we will sail to Kemer. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Kemer or in a bay. If the weather conditions are suitable, we will finish our cruise to Antalya the next day. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to disembark at Kemer after breakfast. Kemer is just a 30 minute drive from Antalya.
We will leave the boat by 10:30 after breakfast.
