Emergency
A single phone call to our office will result the appropriate resources being directed to where the emergency action is needed. We will manage all communications and coordinate the necessary activities of Flag State, Classification Society and insurance as well as analysis to ensure necessary precautions are learned and passed on to the rest of the fleet.
Logistics
Our staff provides assistance for all needs of the yacht regardless of where the yacht is operating. Crew
We assist owners and their Captains with recruitment, reference and certification control services and by checking and ensuring all medical certificates are valid. We provide employment contracts on behalf of the yacht’s Owning Company (endorsed by applicable regulatory agencies), and administer payroll disbursement, health insurance and crew mail. We regularly conduct background checks, drug screening and incident intervention when required.
